Here are the Aid Works Limited terms & conditions relating to bookings, cancellations, change of dates and privacy. We’ve tried to make it as fair as possible and hopefully simple to follow – if you have any comments, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Booking Process & Payment of Course Fees
To book a place on an Aid Works training course, each applicant must complete an online registration form. This collects basic personal data needed to administer the course, along with some course-specific questions which help us tailor the course to you. Full payment of the course fee is taken when you register via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Eurocard or Maestro. We will send you confirmation of your successful registration and payment, along with the joining instructions for the course. Any queries or issues, don’t hesitate to email us (email@example.com)
Cancellation of Bookings
Life happens and things change: our cancellation policy is straightforward and fair. We will refund you the full amount if you cancel your place two weeks before the start date of the course.
If you cancel less than two weeks before the course, we’ll refund your place if we can fill it with someone else (or if you can help us fill it). If we can’t fill your place, we’ll give you a 50% refund.
If you don’t attend and you haven’t told us in advance, no refund will be made.
Changes should be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Cancellation/Variation of Courses
Aid Works reserves the right to change advertised details of training courses, although rest assured we will only make changes if absolutely necessary. If we have to cancel a course, we will inform all participants at least 5 days before the course is due to take place. If we have to cancel a course, we will offer participants a full refund or an alternative course or date.
We hate spam and companies that trick you into signing up to their newsletter using complicated double negative questions! So rest assured that we will never:
– sign you up to our newsletter unless you ask us to;
– share, rent or sell your information to any third party;
– store credit card details, nor share customer financial details with any third parties.
Aid Works takes your privacy very importantly and ensures that any personal information is held securely and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
