Drowning is among the 10 leading causes of death of young people in every region of the world. The Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) has been working with Felix Foundation in Ghana since 2015 to deliver water safety education through schools across Accra. In 2017, the project - funded by Jersey Overseas Aid - reached more than 25,000 children with water safety messages. Aid Works was commissioned to evaluate the project’s effectiveness and impact.
