We are super excited to have been accepted to present at the Centre for Humanitarian Leadership’s Humanitarian Leadership Conference 2021. We will be discussing the findings of our Racism in the Aid Sector Survey Report, which we conducted last year with Thomson Reuters Foundation.
We can’t wait to connect with researchers and change-makers to discuss the future of leadership in the aid sector.
We want to thank the participants who shared their experiences of racism while working in the aid sector. We hope that their bravery has provided vital evidence that will drive much-needed change.
The conference will take place on 28th and 29th April. It’s all online and can be accessed via an adaptive streaming system that automatically adjusts based on your internet connection – it should therefore be accessible anywhere in the world with an internet connection. You can register here to attend the conference. There is a discount for NGOs based in the Global South.
